A key part of my role at Workhuman is designing Custom Visual Campaigns tailored for customers who are launching their Social Recognition programs. Each customer has a unique program crafted for them, based on their internal branding, company culture, and product needs. I am brought into the process once the homepage of their program has received final approval and then I facilitate a comprehensive “Discovery Call” with stakeholders to understand the campaign goals and brand guidelines. After gathering all relevant information, I create a carefully designed suite of assets for the team to review, and together, we collaborate on edits to ensure that the campaign materials are effectively designed to make their launch successful and impactful.
