Occasion Driven Campaigns

Throughout the year, dedicated teams at Workhuman curate a variety of campaigns designed for special holidays and important occasions, which are intended for our customers to utilize to promote their Recognition programs effectively and celebrate their achievements with their employees. The project team comprises individuals from various departments across the organization, and we collaborate closely to create both compelling campaign messaging and eye-catching design elements. In my role, I take the creative designs provided by the Marketing team and implement them into a fully fleshed-out campaign format using InDesign and PowerPoint. This makes it easy for our customers to download assets, brand with their unique colors, and personalize with their own copy. These well-crafted campaigns have driven an impressive +30% increase in program engagement, generated over 1 million recognition moments, and +20% increase in the overall Award value for the company.
